Important Parent IEP Notebook
One of the most important tools a parent of a child with a disability can have is an “Individualized Education Program (IEP) notebook”. An IEP notebook is not only a great organizational tool that allows for easier goal progress tracking and ARD meeting preparation, but it also serves as an academic scrapbook to look back on. Parents and students may reflect on what subjects, goals, strategies, etc. may, or may not work for the child, and track big-picture progress from school year-to-school year.
