The Arc of Fort Bend County Parent Education and Support Group is a free event which typically meets on the second Thursday of the month from September – December and February – May.

The group is designed to inform and empower parents, but are welcome who want to learn and share information about improving the quality of life of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).  Attendees share their stories, questions, challenges and successes during the first 30 minutes of the meeting.  A different speaker is invited each month to present on a topic of interest for the remainder of the meeting.  The presentation is shared on Facebook Live for those who cannot make the meeting in-person.  (The audience is not recorded, only the speaker and their presentation.)
